It is an address on this domain, not a personal mailbox. Mail sent to it is forwarded to the person who runs the site, and a real person reads it.
What to include
- For a bug: which browser and which device you were on, what you expected, and what happened instead. If an error message appeared on the page, paste its wording.
- For a transcript that came out wrong: the language you had selected in the picker, which of the two models you used, and roughly how long the clip was. Please do not attach the video.
- For anything about the privacy policy or advertising: just say which part you are asking about.
What not to send
Do not attach your video or audio file. This tool has no server that can accept one — the transcription runs in your own browser, so there is nothing on this side that could receive your file. A message describing the problem is far more useful than an attachment, and it keeps your file on your own device where it belongs.
What this address is not
There is no phone number, no postal address and no support portal, because there is no company behind this site — see About for who runs it. There is also no mailing list, so you will not be added to one by writing in.
